El Dorado is a legend that began with the story of a South American tribal chief who covered himself with gold dust and would dive into a lake of pure mountain water. The capital of the kingdom is Manoa, founded by the Incas themselves, on the shores of a great lake of goden sand at the head of the Caroin, a tributary of the Orinoco. Everything in the city is made of gold.
