We ship all packages via the Portuguese postal services.
The estimated time for delivery is: Portugal: 2 business days | Europe : 6 business days | Rest of the world: 8 business days.

Has my order already been shiped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Portuguese and European Union orders currently take about 2 to 6 business days to arrive. International orders can take 8 business days.
If your international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your package is not being held.

- So, will you give any of my information to anyone else?
Our customers privacy is important to us. We respect your right to privacy. At UnrealCotton.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Inspire Ltd does not store your credit card information.
Information submitted via the PayPal Website Payments Standard is collected by Paypal and, therefore, covered by their privacy policy.
UnrealCotton.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
We reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
- Returns & Replacements
- What is your return & replacements policy?
We will gladly exchange any unworn items in the original condition you received them in.
All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Do not forget to fill and join the return form that was sent with your order.
If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you, with an coupon, for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you have any doubt to return or replace an item feel free to contact us and we will help you out with the process.
I ordered the wrong item(s). Can I change my order now or receive a refund?
If you ordered the wrong item, send us an email and let us know as soon as possible. Any items returned must be unworn and in the condition you received them in.

- How do I place my order?
Browse through our collection and find the products you would like to buy.
Using the dropdown menus, you can select a size, and click the 'Buy Now' buttom to add this to your cart.
You can either checkout, or go back to shop to order more items. You can view it again by clicking on 'My Cart'.
Verify your order and hit the 'Proceed to Checkout' button when you are ready. If you have a paypal account you can enter your email and password for a quick checkout. You can also checkout without a paypal account by simply entering your shipping & payment information when prompted.
Once we receive you order, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided, and begin preparing your order.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
Can I track my order?
We do not provide tracking on the packages we ship. We will send you confirmations via email when we a) receive your order & b) when we have shipped your order. Once the package ships, it's in the hands of the postman.
I have a gift certificate code. How can I use it?
Congratulations, you have good friends!
In order to use your gift certificate you need to add at least one product to the cart.
In the shopping cart enter the gift certificate code in the appropriate place and click apply.
Each code can be used only once, even if the gift certifcate value is greater than the order total.
I have a discount coupon code. How can I use it?
In order to use your discount coupon you need to add at least one product to the cart.
In the shopping cart enter the discount coupon code in the appropriate place and click apply.

- What kinds of payment do you accept?

Bank Pre-payment (only for EU Member States)
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express Card. You can also pay via an 'eCheck' through Paypal which draws directly from your bank account. Visit PayPal for more information on.
How does PayPal work?
We use PayPal Website Payments Standard to process our transactions because it is a trustworthy and affordable solution for us. You can use PayPal with or without a PayPal account (although it's free for you to set up an account). PayPal offers us protection from fraudulent buyers as well as offering our customers a safe and secure payment option. You can find out more about PayPal here.
Is Paypal safe and secure?

Do I need to set up a PayPal account to order?
Nope.
Once you proceed to the secure checkout you can just enter your address and credit card information once you are prompted.
However, if you'd like, you can set up a PayPal account for free. It makes things easier next time you use PayPal for a transaction on our site or elsewhere (like eBay).
How does Bank Pre-payment work?
You will receive account information that is necessary to transfer your payment to our account. Give this information to your bank (online debit or directly at your bank.) Don't forget to state your order number as the reason for payment. This will ensure that your order is properly processed. Pre-paid orders will be processed after the payment has been received. This can depend on bank processing times and could possibly extend the delivery time by 2-4 working days.
Do I have to pay value-added tax on my order?
For customers ordering from EU states, the prices as given are the gross prices and include the statutory incidental taxes, in particular Value Added Tax (VAT). Postage and packing is charged for separately and shown separately in the invoice. The delivery address is definitive.
For customers from outside the EU all stated prices are net prices. The shipping address is decisive. If, according to the statutory regulations, the goods are subject to sales taxes in the recipient country, then these shall be paid additionally upon receipt of the goods. Furthermore, the goods may be subject to import duties which the customer shall pay additionally upon receipt of the goods.

We print exclusively on Sol's Apparel.
